These Terms of Service govern your use of FlyReimburse's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. General Provisions
By accessing and using the FlyReimburse website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this service.
2. Our Services
FlyReimburse provides flight-compensation claim services under EU Regulation 261/2004. Our services include:
- Assessing your eligibility for flight compensation
- Preparing and submitting your compensation claim
- Communicating with the airline on your behalf
- Legal representation, if necessary
- Customer support throughout the process
3. Authorisation (Mandate)
By submitting a claim through FlyReimburse, you authorise us to act on your behalf in pursuing the compensation: to communicate and negotiate with the airline, to submit the required documentation and, when the claim is accepted, to receive the compensation payment and transfer it to you after deducting our success fee.
The authorisation is confirmed by your signature during the application and may be revoked at any time before the airline has accepted the claim, by notifying us in writing.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your flight
- Submit authentic documentation (boarding passes, booking confirmations)
- Cooperate with our team throughout the claim process
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information
- Not use our services for fraudulent purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is transparent:
- No upfront cost: you pay nothing to start your claim
- Success fee only: we keep 30% of the compensation deposited into our account (after bank charges) for our service; when the case is pursued by our partner law firm, the service commission is 45% — deducted from the compensation only if your claim wins
- No win, no fee: if your case doesn't win, you pay us nothing
- Transparent pricing: all fees are communicated clearly before we begin processing your claim
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of FlyReimburse and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlyReimburse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use — arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the service
- Any unauthorized access to our servers
- Any interruption of transmission to or from the service
- Any error or omission in content
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That your claim will be successful
- The amount of compensation you may receive
- The time frame for resolving your claim
- That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, including in the event of a breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material change by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
